Saminco Inc. will become Saminco Solutions LLC under new ownership.
Fort Myers, FL: Saminco Inc. has entered into an asset purchase agreement to sell substantially all its assets to Saminco Solutions LLC.
From Bonne Posma, owner of Saminco Inc, “For the past thirty-three (33) years, it has been my privilege to lead Saminco and to bring our products to customers around the world. Their trust and support have been integral to our journey, and I am deeply grateful for the confidence they have placed in us. Now the time has come to start a new adventure and see the Saminco legacy grow further and bigger than we could ever have hoped.”
Continuing, he said “It has been an honor to serve the mining community, and I sincerely thank you for your support throughout the years. I look forward to seeing Saminco Solutions grow and continue to make an impact for many years to come.”
